In 1999, Mike Mcbride founded Eclipse Properties a Tampa, FL based mortgage field service company. Eclipse provides any needed maintenance on commercial and residential properties. Our goal is to protect our clients’ assets and limit their liabilities.

The firms services include, but are not limited to lock changes, lawn maintenance, tree trimming, board ups, debris removals, tree trimming/removal, janitorial services, pool securing/maintenance, trash outs, evictions, construction, boarding, REO services, convey maintenance, and violation remediation.

Eclipse Properties has been insured by York-Jersey Underwriters since 2000 with 1,000,000 liability and errors and omissions coverage. We follow all FHA, FMAC, FNMA, and VA guidelines. Eclipse provides digital photographs of all completed work, bids, and property condition.

Eclipse also performs a wide range of property inspections for residential mortgage servicers, personal and casualty insurance adjusters/ underwriters, and finance firms.
